Well, as we know, Mackenzie follows Taekwondo’s routine and does a lot of different kinds of stuff. We can also follow the example and learn any form of Martial Arts that we want; you can go for Brazilian jiu-jitsu or karate, anything that you want to know. You can also join the nearest fighting gym and start learning simple boxing and get fit.
Every kind of Martial Arts form does require quite a lot of training, and it will get you in shape for sure. However, when you are training, make sure you qualify at least three days a week and keep it less than four as we will be doing different training other than this.
We will also be following a HIIT workout routine for three days a week; this will help us burn calories while toning our muscles in shape, so let’s get it going.

Mackenzie just got 20, and she works out almost every day, so there isn’t any strict diet plan that she is following. I couldn’t find many things while searching for her workout, but I did find out that she eats a healthy, well-balanced diet, and sometimes she also treats herself with her favorite food.
So I would say that a high protein and medium amount of carbs diet is the best way to approach her body shape with the amount of workout we will be doing. If you can’t make a diet plan, simply follow this diet chart to get the best results.
