However, to stay in business, Maisa also has to take care of her body physique and make sure she stays healthy and looks good. Maisa has different types of stuff that help her stay fit and healthy.
Maisa likes to do cardio sometimes and stay active throughout the day. Maisa is not a high fitness freak in the gym, but she still does a fair amount of exercise at her home to stay fit. The routine of her mostly contains bodyweight exercises in a circuit routine without a break. There was this video on YouTube from a fan. That showed Maisa doing some different exercises like; squats, pushups, squat jumps, leg raises, crunches, plank, dumbbell curls, etc.
So that shows us how she balances the exercises to a full-body routine and does it at her home, which is quite cool. As it’s quite useful, cheap, time-saving, and you can do it whenever and wherever you want. We will keep the cardio amount quite fair, and the work out that we will do is running. So you don’t have to join a gym, go to a park and run for 20 to 30 minutes at a moderate speed. Getting a resistance band or even two same-sized water bottles will do the job. Any type of resistance is better than no resistance; let’s start this. This routine is a circuit routine, so you can’t rest between exercises only after being done with one set of every activity. It will help you build muscle, get in shape, and burn calories.
