I still remember her over 10kg weight loss in one month, about which I will talk later in our article. However, yeah, don’t forget that she did that with a lot of workouts. So let’s find out what Moonbyul workout routine contains.
After researching her routine and the workout that she may be doing, I figured out a few things. One of them was dancing, which is not hard to figure out. Everyone on Kpop needs to do dancing workouts, and Moonbyul also does that a lot to keep herself in shape and fit.
Other than that, the group has a trainer that keeps them fit and takes care of their fitness. In their training days, Moonbyul also used to do specific workouts for the core and lower body like squats, crunches, etc. However, if she still does that or not, it is something that I can’t say.
Moonbyul also indulges herself in workouts like Pilates, Yoga, etc., just like many other Kpop stars. It won’t be surprising to see her doing any of those workouts. We will work out five days to six days a week, in which we will be doing two different parts of the workout, in the morning and in the evening, where we will focus on cardio and then other toning workouts. However, whenever you feel that your body can’t take it anymore, do not hold yourself back from taking the day off that day, but try to work out at least four days.

We will be doing this training plan in the morning for one to two hours. In the cardio, you can follow the dance practice. There are lots of dance classes, so join one and enjoy the workout. It’s also better than going an hour of running, as while dancing you won’t feel like working out. It will also burn anywhere from 500 to 1k calories depending on your weight and even more if you do it only for two hours.
Pilates and Yoga
We will do the best workouts that most of the girl’s celebrities in Kpop do: Pilates and Yoga. Both of these workouts force on providing you a flexible and toned body shape while burning lots of fats. However, yoga will be a little more beneficial for overall fitness as it gives you both mental and physical fitness.

The diet plan consists of eating healthy food now, like this article from Koreaboo states. Before Moonbyul was not that fit, and to lose that 10 kg, she went through a diet that was pretty much turning.
Every meal of hers consisted of eating sweet potatoes, and with that, there was rarely anything to eat. It will be sweet potato with egg and no rice.
The only carbs that were allowed were sweet potatoes. Yeah, I won’t recommend that diet, as you don’t need to debut on the world stage in a month. You can take your time to eat a healthy diet of 1.5k to 2k calories and leave all the junk food and foods that can ruin your digestion.
