Manu started her career with modeling on social media, and after a while, he got signed with a model agency. From there, you could see his YouTube channel, where he has worked with big-name brands like Dior and went to many fashion shows as a model. So for him maintaining his body was always part of the process and also helped him gaining confidence. So what are the things that Manu does to stay fit and healthy?

To find that out, I tried looking at his Instagram but was not able to achieve anything. Luckily, Manu answered some Q&A two years ago on his YouTube channel, and just at the start, Manu started talking about his gym workout. Manu stated that he goes to the gym about four days a week and workout, and every day, he makes sure to do a 2-mile run before working out.

It seems pretty fitting, as he’s busy primarily with his work and traveling, so getting four days to work out seems enough. Even Nick Cannon likes to do only four days of workouts in his weekly routine, and he still stays super fit. Also, the study shows that four days of physical activity is the right amount of activity to keep a person fit.

Of course, you won’t get like the Rock with only four days of workout, but you can maintain a body like Manu. Also, the last activity that Manu mentions is that he also hits abs whenever he’s in the gym. Now, there were no specifics mentioned anywhere else about how each day would look like for Manu Ríos. So I will have to give you a routine that would help you gain a body like Manu.

We will be training four days a week for about two hours every day; it will be challenging but worthy of doing. Make sure you don’t laze around your other three days as even though Manu Ríos doesn’t work out for three days, he’s always on the move and staying active. In the cardio workout, we will also do a two-mile run on the treadmill at a moderate speed. It will also help us get our body warmed up while burning many calories. However, you can always try another workout like biking, elliptical machine, hydro-row, etc.

 

Weight Training

We will be working out four days a week and doing quite an intense workout in weight training. We will be doing 7 to 9 exercises each day, focusing on the upper and lower bodies. Then, in the end, we will do a circuit core workout for our workout finisher to burn away that excessive fat.
