Marie Lopez Workout Routine

Marie Lopez is one of the few YouTubers that has grown quite a lot; she is also close to getting almost 4 million subscribers on YouTube. However, being in this industry, I have always seen Marie in a fit and lean shape. Well, at least for over five years, she has stayed slim and toned. So how does Marie maintain her body?

Well, to find it out, I searched Marie’s YouTube channel, which is in French, so I can’t understand anything. Then also checked all Instagram post for the past two years to see if she posted any workout related post, but no luck. So for me to know the workout routine, Marie is currently impossible. I do think Marie does work out in some way to stay in such good shape.

However, don’t worry; even if Marie hasn’t told any of her routines yet, it doesn’t mean we can not get a body shape like Marie. We can still do a workout that will help you get physical fitness like Marie Lopez. By looking at her physical appearance, I can say that the best way to get her body shape would be by doing some cardio and a circuit routine.

So we will be focusing on that; we will do a few minutes of cardio and an hour of circuit weight training for about five days a week, and then for the rest two days, you can have active rest days. There you can do whatever activity you want like trekking, hiking, biking, etc. So now let’s get started:

Cardio

In the cardio, we will do 30 minutes of running or Stairmaster. This routine will help you get a good burn and also help you tone your whole body. It will also work as a warm-up routine and will protect you later on.

 

Circuit Routine

The circuit routine will be a weight training routine to train all muscles and a mixed routine. The circuit routine will help you stay lean even though we are following a weight routine.
