Matthias Schweighöfer Workout Routine
Matthias is a famous actor who has worked in movies like 100 Dinge, Army of the Dead, Thor, What a Man, and many more that have left people enjoying and having a great time. Matthias is also a pretty well-built actor in physical appearance and keeping himself in excellent shape. So it’s not surprising that many of you want to know the routine that keeps him fit even in his 40’s.
Matthias’ workout mainly revolves around running. Did you know that Matthias has been running for over 20 years? I didn’t know about it either; I just found out after reading this article. Matthias runs almost every day, and the least is three days a week. So that’s one of the essential workouts that he does for sure.
Then I found out by looking at his Instagram that he also goes for swimming sessions and enjoys a good swim once in a while. Also, as I read in an article while searching for his G.F Ruby O. Fee workout routine, they both go to the gym together most of the time. However, they are not like the couples that often do the same workouts or interrupt each other’s training.
So Matthias’ routine is filled with running, weight training, and sometimes going for a fun activity like swimming. I don’t know how many days Matthias does weight training, but I’m guessing five days would be a good workout. So now let’s get you a routine that you can follow to train and get a body like Matthias Schweighöfer. We will work out five days a week, and two days will be activity days where I recommend you go for a swimming session.
Matthias Schweighöfer workout includes:
Running
Starting the workout with a morning run for about 5km doesn’t look so bad. If you agree, do it as often as you can, make sure to run at least three to four days a week, and if you can, do it every day like Matthias. It will help you stay lean and keep your body fat percentage in control.
Weight Training & Core
Well, once you get done with the running in the morning, take a rest, and then in the evening, we will hit some weights and finish the routine with a circuit core workout to get that abs. Believe me when I say this because Matthias’ abs would be popping out that you can see it through his shirt. However, Matthias doesn’t only do formal weight training. He also adds strength workouts to be a standard routine.
