MC Babo Workout Routine

Babo is one of the rappers that are super built-up, probably because he has crossed generations. These days the new generation of rappers doesn’t care about their health and body that much. It may be okay and even good in a certain way, but most of them were well built if you see the rappers from old times.

Like, see Hopsin, 50 cents, Tupac, etc. Even EM has a better body now than most of the rappers you see these days. He’s not super built-up, but that’s how rappers nowadays are, and it’s not bad; it’s a matter of opinion. Now, about Babo’s workout routine and the things he does to stay fit? Well, it’s not hard to tell what Babo does in his workout.

If you go to the Babo Instagram page, you will find many workout posts and videos. Like this one where Babo is showing home kettlebell exercise, and then there is this video where you can see him doing decline hanging weighted crunches. Well, he’s one hell of a guy; he can surely do advanced-level workouts.

Babo workouts focus primarily on weight training and a little bit of cardio. I think he works out in his home gym; I’m not sure if it’s his gym or that I saw on Instagram, but yeah, he has a Stairmaster for the cardio workout. While the information about his exercises that Babo likes to do, I can’t say about that.

I have no information regarding that, so I will give you a routine to help you get a body like Babo. Ensure that it’s not about how much exercise you do; we will focus on working out only for a good two hours a day. An hour will be for weight training, and then we will focus on cardio and core routine. Training will be six days a week, and you will train the single body part every day.

For cardio, we will do 30 minutes of Stairmaster, start with a slow speed to get warmed up, and slowly increase the speed and make a 30 seconds sprint after every minute. That way, you can get your heart rate up and burn many calories while keeping yourself fit.


Weight Training

We will train six days of weight training routine doing 7 to 9 exercises each day. I will focus more on bulk to do heavyweight on every set while keeping the reps low. Make sure you keep the form correct.
