We will be doing a mile to 3 miles run every day, depending on your stamina. If you can only run 2 miles, then it’s alright. You can increase it slowly as you gain stamina and get better. You can also do other cardio workouts like verse climbers, biking, stair masters, etc.

 

Weight Training

In this routine, we will do upper body and lower body workouts. It will contain simple basic exercises that will help you stay fit and won’t give you a bulky body. So, in short, you will get a body like Michou, but a little more ripped, I guess. So let’s get started:
