Now Miguel was always fit since he was in the industry; however, his physique changes with the role demand and character demand. Like right now, for Sky Rojo, he has gone through training and a strict diet to get bulk for the role. He also started training for boxing and fighting for the position, like a few weeks ago, Miguel shared this video on Instagram where he even tagged the movie.
So his current workout contains doing a whole lot of muscle training. The training consists of lots of everyday activities with many machines to provide the best results. Even when the lockdown was going on, Miguel was training in his home with all the weights and equipment. So the workout was non stop, and Miguel is still working out like that.
However, even though I know Miguel’s workouts, knowing what exercises he was doing is something that I still cannot explain. The training will be 40 to 60 minutes long, and you will do it at least three to four days a week. Do this workout in the morning and the weight routine in the evening for the best results.
