He is not doing his workout looks complex or challenging; it’s about consistency and making sure you are sticking with the routine. Mike Varshavski also loves doing HIIT routines, and that’s one of his favorite exercises for losing weight, working our cardiovascular muscles, and increasing stamina.

Cardio

The cardio routine will be a short workout. We will run every morning for about 30-40 minutes at a moderate speed. Make sure to run at a speed at which you can feel comfortable completing the time, but if you are not so fit, then don’t force yourself, run for as long as you can, and then for the rest of the time, you can walk. If you don’t like running, you can switch it up with other workouts like biking, elliptical machine, etc.

Weight Training & HIIT Core Workout

I love weight training, and Mike Varshavski suggests it too; it’s true that if you don’t do any weight training, you are missing a lot from the table. Mike Varshavski not only helps you gain muscles but boost metabolism and burns many calories.

So we will be doing an hour of weight training with training five days a week. However, I will be giving two legs a day, as I prefer to build a strong foundation, but if you are a beginner, you can work out four days a week and skip one leg workouts. Also lastly, once we finish the weight routine, we will do a HIIT core workout to burn out those abs and get a strong core.
