It’s the truth of K-pop that is not good, but there’s no denying it. The simple thing is that if you want to be and stay as an idol, you need to keep in your top shape. So let’s see what Suga does to keep himself fit.

Dancing

Just like any other member of his team or the majority of the K-pop people, Suga also needs to do daily dance practice for his songs. The course is immensely challenging itself and takes a troll on everybody. Even when they are on the tour, Suga and other members have to keep themselves training for the show and rehearse almost every day. This routine of Suga is the main reason why he is so flexible and lean.

All of that dancing can last for more than two to three hours a day, sometimes, even more, when it’s essential. All of the members have little breakfast whole practicing; however, it still burns many calories and helps Suga stay fit and shape. So you can also do an hour of dance class or cardio that will burn an equivalent amount of calories for you five days a week.

In the BTS episode on BangTan TV, we have seen that all BTS members like to do basic bodybuilding workouts like push-ups, crunches, squats, leg raises, punching, etc. To stay in shape, especially before the show, they like to warm-up with these exercises only. So you can also do a few of these exercises every day to stay in shape.

Min Yoon-gi Suga Diet Plan

Suga and other BTS members don’t follow any particular diet plan and enjoy almost everything they like. However, that doesn’t mean that they keep eating a lot; they try to eat three meals a day only, and even if BTS members are taking a snack, they don’t eat a lot. Well, other than that, there isn’t much to talk about; yeah, Suga does drink a lot of water to stay fit and hydrated.

This diet plan does work on him because of the number of calories he burns regular training on his dance routine and other stuff. However, if you want faster results, you can follow a low-carb diet plan with a high protein diet and keep your calorie intake below 1.8k a day.
