However, let’s get the cat out of the bag and say he is mainly known for his incredible body physique. There are not many K-pop artists that are as bulky and fit as Wonho. I mean, the only other K-pop idol I can think of is Jason Wang from GOT7 and no one else.
K-pop idols are usually not allowed to get bulky and ripped because it will restrict their movements. Also, the most significant issue why they don’t is because people usually admire the lean body figure more in Korea, and the leaner and boyish you look, the longer you can stay in the industry. So yeah, but Wonho is one of the idols who made it even without skinny. He did start skinny, but now he is not skinny anymore. As you might have guessed by his physical appearance, Wonho does a lot of gym routines.
He has a separate channel for his gym workouts and fitness journey. There Wonho shared all his workouts and things that he usually does. Well, since Wonho trains a lot, he works out only five days a week, as much as I could guess, and sometimes he goes out his way and tries Pilates, flying yoga, etc. While the weight training part consists of training different muscles each day, Wonho still trains his abs many times a week on constant days.
