Nailea is also quite well known for her body shape; yep, we can’t deny Nailea has a very sexy and attractive body figure, and it attracts everyone. But, while it attracts people, it also inspires them to get a body like Nailea, and that’s why we are here, right? So I tried to find out what Nailea could be doing but couldn’t get any information even on her Instagram or YouTube channel. There was no video about her workout routine.

Morning Routine
In the morning routine, we will be doing an hour of cardio and some circuit training to train our whole body. Let’s start with some cardio in which I like to do interval running, which helps you get warm-up. I would say do the one-minute moderate pace and then 30 seconds sprint back and forth for about 15-20 minutes.
Then there is the circuit routine; I think to get a body like Nailea Devora, we need to work more on core and light bodyweight workouts. So I will add a routine that you can try; it will contain three circuits. Each circuit will have five exercises, and you will be doing three sets of each circuit.

We will be doing a stretching workout for an hour; I recommend doing yoga or Pilates. Both of them are great to keep your body tone and maintain that slender figure and slim waistline while making your body more flexible.
You can also choose to do aerobics or gymnastics if you want. Still, Pilates and Yoga would be better, and it’s also the most recommended and adapted workout by models, actresses, singers, and K-pop idols.
