In the morning, we will be doing an hour of cardio, for which you do different cardio exercises. I suggest 5 km running on the treadmill and then a hydro-rowing machine-like Korapat Kirdpan for 20-30 minutes. However, if you want, you can also play soccer and do 2-3 km of running for a more natural approach. Once you get done with the workout, make sure to stretch your body to avoid hurting later.

Now for the weight training, I would prefer a standard weight training routine of five days where we will be doing different workouts each day. The aim is to stay lean, so I would ask you not to lift heavy weights and focus on doing more reps in each set.
