The workout routine of Natalie Morales stays focused on two different things, and that is cardio and weight training. A couple of years ago, she was not a fan of doing weight and tried to stay away from them until she read a book and then went to the iron cast gym class and realized how much she still had to learn.

Running

Running is one of her favorite things; Natalie has a great love for running, and after she got the Access to Hollywood live show, she has been doing a lot of hiking and running outside more.

In one of her interviews, Natalie said that she loves how she doesn’t have to run on the treadmill now, and it’s an excellent experience running outside in canyons. Natalie Morales likes to run at least 5 to 7 miles a day, and she runs almost six days a week.

Now her routine contains doing at least 40 minutes to an hour of weight training at least five to six days a week.

Natalie is always doing a mixture of body weight and lightweight exercises like; burpees, squats, squats jumps, dumbbell lunge, dumbbell squats, dumbbell curls, bench press, etc. So it’s like a mixture of each body part to keep your body healthy and fit.
