  • Chin-Ups (or assisted) – 3 sets, 10 reps
  • Weighted Step Ups – 3 sets, 10 reps
  • Skull Crushers – 3 sets, 10 reps
  • Chest Press (Machine or Dumbbells) – 3 sets, 10 reps
  • Hamstring Curls – 3 sets, 10 reps
