Nathalie is one of the biggest names you could find in the movie industry; I mean, starring in movies like The Maze series, Game of Thrones, Fast And Furious series, working with Kevin Hart, etc. If you haven’t heard about her, I don’t know what you are doing in life; she is undoubtedly at her best. However, one of the factors why Nathalie is that famous is that she keeps herself mentally and physically in top shape.

That’s why many of her fans also want to know more about Nathalie’s workout routine and what are the things that she does? Well, don’t worry as we will figure out everything. I started checking her Instagram and saw a post covering for Women’s Health Magazine this July. So that’s why I found an interview where Nathalie has explained everything about her week to Women’s Health.

In that interview, Nathalie stated that she loves doing workouts, and when she is not busy with her shooting schedule, Nathalie works out at least five days a week. However, when she is busy and has lots of work, Nathalie still tries to work out four days a week. In her workout, one of the major things that she does is Yoga. You can even see the tagline of her Instagram bio that says “Yogi.”

Nathalie also loves doing other workouts like Boxing, weight training, swimming, and other activities. Also, to make sure she doesn’t get bored every day, Nathalie does different workouts. Now, let’s see how she has explained her week in the Women’s Health Magazine interview.

Monday and Friday

Workout: Swimming

On Monday and Friday, Nathalie starts her workout by doing swimming, in which she does distance swimming where she slowly Increases the intensity of the workout. The workout that Nathalie shares with Women’s Health look something like this:

  • 4*50m laps for warm-up
  • 8*25m laps at a moderate pace
  • 2*100m laps at a moderate pace

 

Tuesday and Saturday

Workout: Yoga

Nathalie does an hour yoga session; it’s also one of the workouts that she does no matter where she is, and Nathalie never skips her yoga workout. It’s helping her get fit and also help her maintain her mental state and control the anxiety that she goes through sometimes. Her favorite yoga workouts are when she is practicing Ashtanga or Vinyasa.

 

Wednesday

Workout: Interval training and Boxing

On Wednesday, Nathalie does 45 minutes of circuit routine filled with full-body workouts. It’s a mixture of weight training, resistance, and bodyweight training workouts. After that, she will do a boxing routine which also works as her cardio finisher workout. I will be giving you one of my circuit routines that you can do and then finish it with 15-30 minutes of Boxing.

Reps: 45 seconds

Rest time after the whole circuit: 1-2 minutes

 

Circuit 1 (upper body)

  • Burpees
  • Push-ups
  • Pike push-ups
  • Triceps dips
  • Mountain climbers

 

Circuit 2 (core)

  • Crunches
  • Leg raises
  • Plank twister
  • Side plank with hip dips
  • Plank hold

 

Circuit 3 (lower body)

  • Dumbbell squats
  • Squat pulse to crab walks
  • Lunges
  • Resistance or Ankle weight donkey kickbacks to a fire hydrant
  • Resistance glute bridge 

 

Thursday

Workout: Running

On Thursday, Nathalie does around a 5 km run in half an hour. In that interview, Nathalie told Women’s Health that she runs 5 km in 24 minutes. However, on a regular day, she completes 5km in about 30 minutes.

In that same interview, Nathalie has talked about her food and how she is vegan and consumes snacks and meals. Nathalie eats super healthy and clean but not as strict as many actresses. For snacks or small meals, she eats quinoa or fruits.

Also, Nathalie makes a vegan protein shake in which she would be adding bananas, macha powder, spinach, and almond milk or coconut water most of the time. Then I saw some of her posts showing stir-fried tofu and veggies with avocado as her meal.
