NCT Doyoung Workout Routine
Doyoung is a singer and dancer with a huge fan following, but he has done daily practice and workouts to keep him in shape to maintain it. Being a part of the Kpop industry is quite tiring; doing exercises and rules overtakes a troll. Now let’s see the routine that Doyoung follows to stay fit and healthy.
After researching for a while, I found only this video that shows Doyoung and other NCT members doing a stretching workout and some basic exercises like push-ups and planks. Now I can’t say if that’s all that he does, but there was nothing more to check other than that.
While he does that, there is another thing which is Doyoung’s main workout and what he does almost every day for two hours. That’s the dance practice that he has to keep up with, as we know how hard their routine gets while dancing. Plus, doing that almost every day for two hours or more does help you stay super lean and healthy.
We can say that maybe that’s the only thing Doyoung does to stay fit, as it works pretty well as a cardio plus toning workout. You can quickly burn 800 calories or more while dancing for two hours, so now that we have some idea of how to keep ourselves in the shape of Doyoung.
I will give you my Kpop routine inspired by these exercises to get you in shape. The workout will include training six days a week, in that we will train two to three hours a day, so get ready for the activity:
NCT Doyoung workout includes:
Stretching
We will start the routine with 15 to 20 minutes of full-body stretch. It will help you later while dancing after these stretching activities. You can choose any pattern from YouTube of stretching that you want and get your warm-up done.
Cardio
In the cardio, we will do dancing just like every Kpop artist does. The cardio workout will go for anywhere between one hour to one and a half hours. You can also switch this workout with other cardio exercises, but I recommend keeping it in the dance routine.
Circuit Routine
Now there is our toning workout in which we will do a mixture of exercises that will help us tone our body while burning calories. This routine will be just 20 to 30 minutes long, but it will be super tiring.

There was not much information about the diet, so whatever I will tell you about the Doyoung diet will be my theory. I do think that Doyoung doesn’t have a rigorous diet, and instead of eating a lot of food, Doyoung likes to eat small quantities and in moderation. That’s why I will give you a diet which will help you get lean slowly but healthily.
