NCT Jaehyun Workout Routine

Jaehyun is quite a fit and healthy person. However, it doesn’t mean that working out or staying in shape gets easier for the singer. Different things happen with Jaehyun that make his weight fluctuate between the shoots and when they are on live shows. Jaehyun is the type of person that loves to eat, so to keep that slim shape, he does need to work out.

Now when it comes to working out, there are two main things that Jaehyun focuses on while working out. The first one is the dance practice. As we know, all Kpop artists need to learn dancing, and it’s the primary skill that they need to have. To maintain that, they need to practice almost every day or at least five days a week to get the results.

In a day, the dance practice goes for about an hour to two hours quickly. Sometimes, even more, when they are doing it for the live sessions. So yeah, dancing that many works a lot of your cardiovascular muscles and burns many calories. You can quickly burn over 800 calories with that much dance practice. Even more, depending on the weight.

The second exercises he focuses on are the gym workout, cardio, stretching, and full-body activities to maintain fitness. You can even see this video where Jaehyun shared his fitness routine. In that video, you can see Jaehyun do exercises like squats, military press, shoulder press, upright row, pull-ups, barbell row, etc.

Now that we know what he likes to do, let’s check out the routine that I create to help you get a similar body physique like Jaehyun. In this plan, we will be training for about five days a week, and in that, we will have two training parts which we will do separately in the morning and evening. So let’s get started:

Morning Routine

In the morning routine, we will finish all of our cardio work. You can dance to keep it the same as Jaehyun’s original routine, or you can do other workouts like running or biking for an hour. I would recommend sticking to dance as it’s fun and you can do it as a hobby.


Evening Routine

In the evening routine, we will focus on working out in the gym. I would recommend making a pattern of the upper body, lower body, and core workout. Concentrate on doing two days of upper body and core workout and training your legs once a week as your legs will get worked while dancing.

Jaehyun eats almost everything, and when he was in Japan, he ate so much that when Jaehyun came back to Seoul, he gained 1.4 kg weight. You can see Jaehyun saying that in his training video that I shared earlier. So yeah, I would say if you keep your diet in moderation and keep your diet clean.

Like, eat more chicken, veggies, soup, and less rice and steak. Try eating fewer carbs and also consume as much water as you can every day.
