NCT Jaemin Workout Routine
Jaemin is one of the rising talents in the Kpop industry, and he’s still relatively very young. Already have gained so much fame, and for sure, he will be one of the biggest names in this industry in the future. However, to keep all that going on for him, Jaemin has to keep his physical appearance in top condition. So how does Jaemin keep himself in a lean and muscular shape?
I searched a few things and found not that much about his workout routine to find all about that. However, I do know that they all work out in one way or another. I even saw this video of NCT members doing some stretching and specific exercises, which you have watched here. I would say that most NCT members don’t go and do that much gym workout and only tend to train when they have to lose weight.
As their dance practice is more than enough as a workout to keep NCT members fit. We all know that dancing is one of the essential parts of the Kpop industry. Every singer or artist in the Kpop artist needs to dance, and the same thing goes for Jaemin. He also dances for two hours at least five days a week to maintain that shape and skills. He does lots of things after and before the dance, like stretching, bodyweight exercises, etc.
I would be making a routine that you can follow to get in a similar shape as Jaemin. We will follow my favorite Kpop pattern: training two times a day and dividing cardio and toning workouts. We will also keep the workout duration to three hours a day, and the training will get done five days a week.
NCT Jaemin workout includes:
In the morning routine, we will be doing exercises that will focus on the cardio routine. You can either do an exact way of dance practice like Jaemin, which I recommend. However, if you don’t want to dance, you can do other workouts like running, biking, yoga, pilates, etc. For one to two hours at least as this will be our main workout.
We will focus on workouts that will include free body exercises and some stretching in the evening routine. You can also try the video workouts that NCT showed in their NCT channel on V-Live. The aim here is to focus on the full-body exercise that will help you tone muscle, adding push-ups, squats, planks, crunches, burpees, etc. It will be the best option and do stretching when you get done with working out.
