NCT Johnny Workout Routine
Johnny is one of the best-looking members in the NCT group and the NCT subunits, without any doubt. Johnny has to work hard, as he is one of the oldest members of the group as well, and his body isn’t like the other younger members. For him, it’s all about discipline and working out to keep himself in the best shape.
It is one of the things that I have noticed that when Kpop artists get older, they tend to work out more and get serious about fitness. The same things go for Johnny and his over the mid-’20s, so he’s taking more consideration about his fitness. So now, let’s see what the things that Johnny does to stay in shape are.
To start, the main workout for Johnny and even for other members is the dance routine and choreography they all have to follow. We all know their dance is not that easy to follow along, so yeah, it does take lots of practice to follow all of those moves. All of that does take a lot of energy and burns many calories that help them stay fit and lean.
Then there is the video of NCT where Johnny instructed and conducted the workout of NCT subunits members. You can see him showing different exercises in that video, which you can do and get a good workout. It includes stretching and mostly bodyweight workouts, like crunches, toe-touch crunch, leg raise, plank hold, etc.
In that, you can see Taeyong saying that Johnny does this workout every day at his house. He later started teaching other members this workout, and then slowly, they all were beginning to get into the movement. So yeah, you can day Johnny is the fitness instructor of the group.
Now that we know some of the things that Johnny likes to do, we can now make it into the pattern that we can follow to get a body like Johnny. I will recommend this plan created by me where you will trim five days a week, two times a day, and do a total of three hours of workout. So let’s get started with the routine:

In the morning routine, we will do a cardio session of one to two hours. It’s up to you what way you want to follow; you can either do a dance routine like Johnny and get similar results. Or you can do different exercises that will help you burn that amount of calories like running, Yoga, Pilates, aerobics, etc.
In the evening routine, you can follow the video and follow the exercises that Johnny showed. I would recommend adding some bicep curls, kettlebell squats to press, kettlebell front raise, more plank variation, and lower body workouts. However, even if you follow the same routine, it would be an excellent exercise for your body.

Johnny’s diet isn’t openly out; I mean, we all have seen videos of them eating and stuff. However, there hasn’t been a very open talk about it; I read the Johnny diets to keep himself lean and in shape. However, I couldn’t find what he loves to eat every day to give you a diet.
