Nick Sagar is quite a fit and athletic guy, probably one of the fittest actors, and he focuses on doing different things and sticking with those workouts. Nick Sagar does a lot of stuff to stay in shape than he is in right now, and it’s quite hard, so he gets ready for some challenging and strict workouts.
Nick has a different workout routine, but the essential workouts he does are Martial arts training and weight training. Nick is quite a martial artist. We will train any Martial Arts that you want to learn, it’s up to you as the aim is to get fit, and every Martial art style requires intense discipline and training that will eventually make you fit and focus. It will also focus on building up your stamina and ensuring that you get flexible and stay in shape.
However, we don’t have to do it more than three or four days a week. If you want to get a body similar to Nick, then three days a week will be enough, but if you seriously want to gain skills, you can do it five days to six days a week.

Now I know that Nick does weight training, but there is no information about his exercise. That’s why I will be giving you a routine that will focus on your every body part and help you gain quite a good physique. Now, remember one thing if you aim to bulk up, then follow this same routine with maximum weight on each set.
However, if you want to get shredded, make sure to increase the rep count and decrease the round to three. Also, before starting the workout, make sure to warm-up 10 minutes on the treadmill or Stairmasters for reducing the chances of getting a cramp or any injury.
