Being a singer is not just about vocals; it’s also about how you look and represent yourself. Nicki has a very fit and sexy body shape that makes her look even more impressive. So there is no doubt that many girls would want to know how to get that body and what routine Nicki follows to stay fit?
Nicki hasn’t told that much about her fitness routine; I checked her YouTube and Instagram channel to see if I can get much information. However, no video or pics are sharing any of her workout routines, but I think Nicki likes to do some workout, and that is how she can be so fit. I don’t think that she is fit without working out as her body is curvy and in shape, so what can we do?
Well, I can give a version of the Nicki routine that I created to help you guys. It won’t be the workout Nicki does, but it will surely help you get a curvy and fit body shape like Nicki. We will be doing workouts that many singers and stars do to keep themselves fit. Those include Pilates, yoga, boxing, some weight training, cardio, but we will do only a few of them.
The training will go on for about five to six days a week, and then you will work out two hours a day. Ensure you don’t skip days from workout unless you have good reason to skip. It’s essential to follow these workouts to get faster results. I will divide the workout into two categories, in which we will do cardio, yoga, Pilates, and some circuit training. So let’s get started:

Morning Routine
Training days: Monday to Friday
The morning routine will consist of doing 20 minutes of warm-up cardio, in which you will do a quick run at a moderate pace to get the calories burned and blood running.
After that, we will do around 40 minutes of circuit routine consisting of some bodyweight, resistance band, and weight training. If you don’t have much equipment in your house, then join a gym. I will give you exercises that you can add to your circuit routine. You will do around four to five exercises in three circuits training your upper, lower, and core muscles.

Evening Routine
Training days: Monday to Saturday
In the evening routine, we will focus on dining group activities or workouts. This way, you will be able to try various workouts and get the best results. The workouts that we will do are yoga, Pilates, and spinning classes.
You can do Yoga and Pilates two days each as they will give you a slim waistline, slender body, and toned muscles. They will also work for your flexibility and make your muscles relaxed and working.
Then for two days, you can do spinning classes which are fantastic for burning calories. An hour class can burn over 1k calories if you do it right, and they are the best workouts you will find.

The diet plan of Nicki is also not out, so I will be giving you one of my diets to follow. We will be working out a lot, so we will need to get lots of proteins and some carbs. Also, fruits and vitamins are essential to stay young and detox your skin. Lots of water and green tea in the morning and evening is one way to detox and get healthy skin.
