Nicola Peltz Workout Routine

Nicola has this incredible slim body shape that we saw since the movie The Last Airbender. However, now it just keeps getting better, that’s because Nicola works out every day with her future husband and current fiance Brooklyn Beckham. They both work out together now in their home gym, where they have almost everything to stay fit. 

After searching for the Nicola Peltz workout, I came to find this interview of Nicola Peltz that she did with the Violet Grey magazine. In that interview, Nicola had stated that she loves going to the gym and working out indoors when Violet Grey asked Nicola what her sweatiest workout was; Nicola replied by saying hot yoga and soul cycle. Nicola’s activity also consists of doing weight training and bodyweight exercises.

Now, let’s see a routine that you guys can follow to get a body like Nicola Peltz. The way will contain exercises like cardio, weight training, core training, and other classes. You will be working out at least five to six days a week for about two hours a day.

Duration: 10 to 15 minutes

Nicola talks about how she likes walking more than running in that interview, which is why we are putting a cardio routine just as a warm-up routine. In this workout, we will do 15 minutes of brisk walking, which will help your body warm-up and get your blood flowing in every part of your body. In the weight training routine, we will do four days of mixed body workout. In this routine, we will be focusing more on the lower body than the upper body. We will also be doing some bodyweight exercises in our core workout every day after the weight training routine.

Group Workout Classes

As Nicola stated that she loves Hot yoga and the Soul cycle and makes her sweat the best, you can also do any group exercises or workout classes at least three times a week to get the best results. I would personally recommend doing yoga classes for at least an hour three days a week. It will make you flexible, provide you with a slim waistline, and give you an incredibly toned body shape.

Nicola Peltz seems to be a vegan when it comes to eating; I read that she is even planing a whole vegan menu for her wedding with Brooklyn Beckham. Nicola’s actual diet plan I don’t know, but there are things that Nicola stated like; her post-workout meals and that she drinks a lot of rose water, and it’s always in her bag.

Looking at her body and post-workout meal, you can tell that Nicola eats protein foods, veggies, fruits, etc. So we will also add all these things in our diet plan.
