Nicole is a model, so her only focus is keeping herself fit and lean always, or else her modeling career would be over. So now the question is about how Nicole maintains her body shape and her activities to get those abs and such a slender body shape.
Well, I went to her Instagram and other articles, but there was no information about Nicole’s workout routine. So there can be two things in Nicole’s situation, first can be the genetics helping her stay lean, then there is the second possibility where Nicole might be working out. We will mix cardio, active rest days, resistance workouts, some circuit training, etc. The workout will go on for six days a week, and every day, we will be training for a maximum of an hour and a half. It won’t be super hard, but you will need to stay consistent with the routine to make it successful.

I found no diet, and I don’t think there is a lot of need for diet for Nicole as she’s a teenager; her metabolism is high during this period. So the best would be to keep your food in moderation and follow this advice:
