However, these classes come when she is home; when Nicole Scherzinger travels and works on location, she sticks with gym routines and weight training. As you can see in this video, she is working out in the gym while wearing a bikini (I don’t know why, but well, who cares? It was an incredible sight.) Well, l I would suggest doing four to five days of weight training and involving some cardio class and stretching class for the rest of the week. We will be doing five days of weight training in three circuits, divided to train our upper, lower, and core muscles. Also, before starting this workout, make sure to do 15-20 minutes of cardio warm-up.

Spinning and Yoga

For the rest of the days, you will be doing an hour of the spin cycle or yoga workout. You can do other workouts, like hiking, going out for a run, etc. However, I would suggest doing an hour to two hours of hot yoga. Also, in the morning, go for an hour of soul cycle if you want to take it even further and get an intense workout routine.
