She has posted many videos regarding the workouts, but she used to be a teenager. However, now she does a few different things because her body type is changing, and she is not a teenager anymore.
However, Niki has not updated her workout diet plan in the last couple of years. I had gone through her Instagram page and YouTube channel and can’t find many things that I can talk about, so I don’t know what she does. However, I can still provide your routine that I think will help you get a body like Niki DeMartino.

Now about the workout routine you can do, it will contain working out five days a week for about an hour or two to a maximum.

In the cardio routine, we will stick with the original Niki 2 to 3 miles run.
