He did weight training and stretching exercises. Since he has many followers and a tight schedule too, he needs to concentrate on his fitness, and hence he does the same pretty well.

Noah and other members of the Sway House always workout together, currently at the house of Bryce hall and Alexa, who also set-up their home gym just a month or two months ago. So, Noah doesn’t do any other workout than weight training, abs, and a little bit of stretching exercises for warm-up. The workout routine that we will follow will contain five days of weight training and core training.

Weight Training

In the weight training, we will focus on working on a single body part to get the best result,  now before I tell you the exercise: you need to decide how are you going to work out? Do you want a bulk like Noah, or you just want to get ripped like him? If you’re going to get a size, then follow the same reps count to show you and lift your maximum weight on each set. However, if you want to get ripped and aesthetic not just bulky, then increase the reps count to 15 and lift weights in medium to maximum capacity.
