He has starred in many movies and TV series and currently working in his upcoming TV series bulletproof 2, which is the sequence of 2019 TV series bulletproof with Ashley Walters.

He has gained so much in his career and has many achievements in his life, but the most amazing thing he has done is his insane body transformation.

He went from 26 body fat percentage to 12 body fat percentage. He did all that in just 21 weeks with the gym called Ultimate Performance. He did a personal training course there with the official trainer of Ultimate Performance and that changed his life. So let’s see what are the things that he did in this 21 weeks of the journey.

So for the workout routine itself, no one really knows the exact things he did in the workout and Noel Clarke also didn’t say any specific thing In his interviews about his body transformation.

He did explain how it went and what are the things he has done but didn’t really give any specific inside. Which is quite understandable as it was a personal training program. Although after quite a bit of research we did find some insight into the training he did in that 21 weeks of body transformation.

Cardio

He has done a lot of cardio, he always has a fitness band that has a step counter so he can count the daily steps. According to the resource, he was walking anywhere from 10k steps to 20k steps a day. In the gym, he was running, biking, Cross trainer, water rows, etc. For an hour at least to Burn enough calories.

 

Noel Clarke Full-Body workout

The most important thing that his trainer focused on was the HIIT and full-body workouts routine. He did around 3 to 4 days in a week of a full-body workout, some exercises that he did in his workout are:

The weight training part was as important as his full-body workout part and the cardio part. As the aim was to get in shape not just to lose weight. So he focuses on functional training and compound movement exercises like deadlifts, snatches, variations of the deadlifts.

The key focus of his training was to do everything with proper technique so every set can work his body well. You may have seen some Noel Clarke exercises on the Instagram that he has posted like Lat pulldowns, bench press, pull-ups, deadlifts, wide barrows, etc.
