He did a personal training course there with the official trainer of Ultimate Performance and that changed his life. So let’s see what are the things that he did in this 21 weeks of the journey.

So for the workout routine itself, no one really knows the exact things he did in the workout and Noel Clarke also didn’t say any specific thing In his interviews about his body transformation.

He did explain how it went and what are the things he has done but didn’t really give any specific inside. Which is quite understandable as it was a personal training program. He has done a lot of cardio, he always has a fitness band that has a step counter so he can count the daily steps. According to the resource, he was walking anywhere from 10k steps to 20k steps a day. In the gym, he was running, biking, Cross trainer, water rows, etc. For an hour at least to Burn enough calories.

The most important thing that his trainer focused on was the HIIT and full-body workouts routine. He did around 3 to 4 days in a week of a full-body workout, some exercises that he did in his workout are:
