Oliver Tree is a singer and songwriter known for his signature haircut and different muscular body shape. I mean, I know he always wore the baggy jacket and clothes, but now I can figure out why. He is so vast and muscular. It’s surprising and exciting at the same time, so yeah, people do want to know more about his workout and how can they get a body like Oliver Tree? To find everything about his workout, I tried to research.

I went to Oliver Tree’s Instagram page and even checked some of his videos, but I haven’t found much info about his workout. There was also no interview where Oliver Tree has stated anything about his workout and how he keeps himself fit. So there is no possible way of knowing what he does? However, looking at the way he has built himself, there is no doubt that Oliver Tree does lift weights and follow a proper diet.

So to get a body like him, you would need to focus on lifting weights, use one of the top rated running treadmills and doing a little core workout after every workout routine. Since he is so big, we will not focus on doing a lot of cardio to get our muscles leaner instead of bulkier. The workout will be five days long, in which we will train an hour to an hour and a half max a day. You also need to do some activity to make sure your body remains active for the rest of the days. So let’s get it started:

Weight Training

We will be doing a traditional bodybuilding workout with modern exercises using a few machines. However, the roots will be from the traditional bodybuilding workout. Now, since we are training to get as bulky and muscular as Oliver Tree, make sure to lift heavy weights on each set to gain more muscle mass. The reps will be fewer, and each rep should get done with proper form and controlled movement.

After every weight training workout, we will finish it with a quick circuit core routine to get that calorie burning and get you those abs. It will be a quick 15 minutes workout so that it won’t be long, but surely it will be intense.

Rest time after the whole circuit: one-two minute
