Cardio

For cardio, you can do just a couple of miles run, if you have good stamina then make sure you run at least five miles and if you are a beginner and can’t run a lot just run as much as you can and cover the rest of the distance with some walk. This running routine will help you burn fat from all the body and also will tone your stomach.

 

Weight Training

In this weight training routine, you need to focus on the lower body; we will do a four-day method in which three days you will work the lower body. I will tell you some exercises that you can do but feel free to change the practices according to your preferences. Make sure you do three sets of 12 reps each workout and keep drinking water in between the rounds.

Now for a core workout, it’s mostly a circuit routine where you do seven to ten exercises without taking a break in between. In Olivia’s core routine, she mainly combines bodyweight exercises with some machine exercises. So let’s see a method that you can do in your gym and home. Do three sets in this routine, and each round, you need to do at least 20 reps.
