Ong Seong-wu is one of the former band members of “Wanna One.” While it’s sad that Ong Seong-wu and others got disbanded so quickly, but it is what it is, we can’t help but feel bad for them. However, Ong Seong-wu is now making a comeback to the K-dramas industry and taking up acting, and to keep up with roles, he needs to look fit. As we know in the Korean industry, the younger and leaner you look, the longer you can be in stardom.

So how does Ong Seong-wu keep himself lean and fit? Well, there are things that he does or maybe does to get a good and lean body shape. As we know, during his singing days when “Wanna One” was active, Ong Seong-wu and other members used to do hours of dance choreography almost every day. So that was one of the things that always helped Ong Seong-wu stay lean. After that, there are also videos of “Wanna One” members in the gym working out.

So there is a high possibility that Ong Seong-wu also depends on gym workouts. Yes, even though they are skinny, it doesn’t mean they don’t go to the gym. Personal training is one of the essential parts of the K-pop industry. It’s something that every idol has to take and do whatever their trainer suggests to them; usually, it’s the standard gym workout. So that is what we will add to the Ong Seong-wu workout routine. We will be training five days a week and working out two times a day for an hour to two hours a day.

In the morning, we will be starting with some cardio workouts, for which I instead tell you to do an hour of dance workout. While you can do other workouts, dance will be more of a natural workout and give you flexibility while you burn many calories. So try to do an hour of dance class at least three days a week.

 

Weight Training

I will suggest doing a five-day standard workout focusing on a different body region each day for weight training. It helps you get that bulk and fitness.
