I remember reading an article when he was making a comeback. Park Jung-Min lost about 22 pounds to make his comeback. Of course, it’s not convenient to be a celebrity, but it is undoubtedly worth it when you work hard. So how does Park Jung-Min keep himself fit and stay healthy?
I know he does go to the gym and exercise, but what he does and how much he exercises is not something I can tell you. So, for now, we can make a routine that will help you get a body like Park Jung-Min. I would suggest a workout that includes weight training and cardio exercises for about five-six days a week. You need to work out at least 1-2 hours a day or do the equivalent amount of activity every day.
For cardio and intensity, I suggest you do a boxing workout or HIIT cardio exercises like running, biking, hydro rowing, etc. Also, for weight training, my suggestion would be to focus on different body areas each day and get a good body shape. Start with a quick cardio warm-up with the treadmill. You can do 10-15 minutes of jogging or even brisk walking, which would help you get your body warmed up for the workout. Then do some stretches for the regions that you will train that day.
After that, we will do six days of workout routine each day in weight training, focusing on a particular region. We will follow a giant set workout method, which means we will move from exercise to exercise with very little rest or almost no rest.

I usually recommend 10-20 minutes of shadow boxing for cardio finishers and then doing a quick and circuit routine. However, if it’s too much for you, you can alternate between these two workouts. For the abs routine, follow this abs workout.
