Yoga

The first workout Paula loves is yoga; she loves doing yoga, which makes bodies so flexible even after all that other weight training exercise. Paula does yoga classes and even workout yoga at her home and keeps it in her weekly routine.

It helps your body to get fit, stay flexible, making sure your body gets toned, and helps you with losing weight. Even stars like Jennie, Rose, Miley, and many other models and singers do this regularly.

 

Weight Training

In weight training, she does a mixture of exercises, and as I don’t know the original plan of her workout routine. I will give you a routine of circuit training containing three circuits with four exercises in each circuit. We will focus on the overall body in this routine, and while doing that, we will be burning many calories.
