We will be starting with some cardio warm-ups to do different cardio exercises. However, I would recommend doing 15 minutes on the treadmill and then finishing off with a HIIT hydro-row machine for 10-15 minutes. In HIIT workout, try to switch between one-minute moderate pace to 30 seconds sprint back and forth. Once you get done with that, finish it with 5 minutes stretching workout to avoid getting injured later while doing weight lifting.

 

Weight Training

We will do five days of workouts in weight training and train around an hour every day. The routine will be pretty simple but help you get a body like Pawat Chittsawangdee. Now, if you are super lean and looking to bulk, then make sure you lift as heavyweight as you can in each exercise, but don’t let your form get bad. If you are bulky and want to cut and lean, lift moderate weight and do more reps.
