Peyton List is one of those actresses that knew the benefits of working out and having a clean diet. Since her teenage years, she had decent food, and Peyton always stayed active the whole day to maintain her slim figure. So try adding pilates classes at least twice a week and exercise for about an hour on each session.
Kickboxing
Days: Tuesday and Friday
