Peyton is an outstanding-looking actor, and there is no doubt that he is also quite well built and has an excellent body shape. Peyton also does workouts to keep his physique, and you can tell his routine must help him a lot because we never saw him in bad shape? Well, now the question comes of what things Peyton does to maintain his body shape throughout the year?

I tried to search things on his Instagram and then also looked for articles, but there was not much information available from which I can tell his routine. However, as his body is, I think Peyton stays active, mostly doing outdoor activities like hiking, trekking, etc. I never saw Peyton doing gym workouts, but I think he would still do weight training at least four days a week.

So if we want to get a body like Peyton, it’s not going to be super hard as long as we can get our body moving. So the first thing that we need to do is stay active every day. Make sure that you do a certain amount of activity every day. It can be running, walking, playing sports, swimming, trekking, going for a bike ride, etc. The important part is there should be a good amount of activity every day to get a body like Peyton.

Once we finish that part, we need to go to the gym four days a week, not a pot, since Peyton is not as bulked up nor super ripped. So we can get his body type by making sure to do an hour of weight training four days a week and adding maybe a little cardio warm-up to start things off. Plus core workout of 10-15 minutes, so in total, we will train for like 90 minutes or so. So let’s get it started:

In this routine, we will do four days of weight training, and before you do that, we will be doing a cardio warm-up, for which I think you should do boxing. After that, you can do 15 minutes of shadowboxing as a cardio warm-up and burn many calories. Then, in the end, we will finish the routine with a Core workout circuit routine.

This workout will be a circuit routine focusing on your core muscles. We will be doing a quick 15-20minute routine to get the best workout.

Reps: 40 seconds

Rest time after the whole circuit: two minutes

  • Side to side hanging resistance leg raises
