Piper Curda Workout Routine

Piper is an actress that had started her career as a teenager when she was pretty young. It also started with a few Disney shows, and now Piper gets recognized all over the place. So while doing that, Piper also needs to keep herself constantly on the top, including physically and health-wise. So how does Piper keep herself fit and in shape?

To figure that part of the mystery out, I tried to find a workout routine for Piper but couldn’t find any workout. Neither Piper has ever told about the activities she likes to do. Piper doesn’t even own an Instagram account; she uses only Twitter and sometimes Facebook pages to share the content and her thoughts.

Although there is a big chance that Piper does work out regularly and goes to the gym as well, the reason is this tweet from Piper where she said that she just faked an interview while walking on the treadmill for 20 minutes. So Piper, at least do the cardio workout, and that’s why I think she must be doing weight training to keep herself toned.

So that’s I will be giving you a routine that gets created by me but will surely help you all to get a body like Piper. We will be working out regularly for an hour to an hour and a half every day. Also, the workout will always be a mixed routine containing training full-body, especially in weight training. So let’s get it started:

Cardio/warm-up

We will start the gym workout by doing a cardio warm-up routine. It can be as basic as running or walking for half an hour on the treadmill. Or you can do other routines like biking, an Elliptical machine, etc. The aim here is to burn a few calories and get your blood flowing in every region of your body.

 

Circuit Routine

In the circuit routine, we will do a mixture of weight training, resistance training, etc. This routine will help you get toned muscle while keeping your cardio going through the intense circuit routine.

  • Barbell curls
  • Triceps pushdown

  • Reverse crunches

  • Plank twister
  • Plank to toe touch

 

Friday

1st

  • Deep smith machine squats
  • Hack squats
  • Reverse lunges
  • Bulgarian squats

2nd

  • Hip thruster
  • Hip abduction
  • Glutes hyperextension
  • Glutes cable kickbacks

3rd

  • Toe touch crunches
  • Hanging leg raises
  • Side high plank
  • Stability ball plank

 

Activity

For the rest of the two days, try to do as much activity as you can. It can be simply running, jogging, playing sports, going biking, hiking, trekking, etc. Also, you can do other workout groups like Pilates, Yoga, dance, etc., if you want to do anything as a hobby and learn some other things while getting fit.

Piper has never given any diet of her own, and also, I didn’t read that Piper is a vegan, so I will give you a diet that I think will work best for you guys to get a body like Piper. We will keep the carbs low, protein high, and also include lots of healthy fats.
