DDG is one of the rappers who put his career on the line for the fight; imagine if it would have gone wrong. We have seen many YouTube’s going to boxing with many social media influencers and taking it out on an official fight like it’s nothing. So what’s so incredible about the training that made YouTube stars like DDG so incredible at fighting?

We saw that even Faze Jarvis, who comes in the same field as DDG, represents YouTube. Faze Jarvis also won the fight and did it with a knockout, and now DDG did the same, so what are the activities? As I tried to find out the routine, I couldn’t figure out any Insiders as DDG also quit making a vlog. He won’t be making any vlogs or posting any content other than his music videos from now on YouTube.

So I guess we will follow something similar to Faze Jarvis, as I know DDG was training hard as hell. He was always in the gym six days a week, around 2 to three hours practicing boxing, cardio, weight training, etc. So that’s how we will go for his workout as well; we will train six days a week for about two to three hours a day. So let’s get it started:

Cardio

Start with the warm-up and cardio routine that can include running or speed rope, etc. Remember, this is very important as your stamina matters when you are a boxer, so keep that stamina maintained. I would recommend doing a HIIT cardio routine, which will help you gain stamina and keep your body in excellent shape.

Boxing

The next we will focus an hour to a half and a half based on boxing, where you will be shadow boxing, sparring, doing light pad and heavy pad workout, etc. Unfortunately, I can’t give you a boxing workout, as it doesn’t fall under my expertise, so it is better to join a nearby boxing gym and train according to the trainer.

Weight Training/Core

The weight training will be a mixture of routines, mainly in HIIT supersets. We will be performing quick 6 to 8 exercises, and you can mix exercises according to your recommendation from your boxing trainer.

The exercises I would tell you to focus on being deadlifts, bench press, shoulder shrugs, delt flyes, lateral raises, etc. Also, make sure to do a circuit cardio routine every day after weight training. You need to train your core every day to be a boxer.

That’s all for the PontiacmadeDDG workout routine.

PontiacmadeDDG Diet Plan

DDG never mentioned his diet either, so I can’t tell you the diet DDG took, but I guess it’s not that hard to guess a boxer diet. Clean carbs, proteins, healthy fats, and greens are the most crucial part of a healthy diet. So that’s what we will add in here as well:
