Best and Simple Home Quarantine Workout: Currently, all of us are locked inside our house at this time of lockdown. There are many problems that are coming because of that like economic, emotional, and even physical. I won’t be able to help you guys with economical problems but with this home quarantine workout, you will be able to feel better in your mind and body.

As we all know right now in this time of quarantine we cannot even go out to our gym or running. While some of you might have a treadmill in your home or gym equipment but not everyone has those.

So what to do when you have nothing at home and you want to workout. Well, don’t worry I will tell you a great “home quarantine workout” that will help you burn fat and stay fit.

 

Quarantine Workout

So when you workout at your home all you are going to need is some spare time, which I’m sure these days everyone has and you will need some determination. This workout is going to contain just 8 exercises that will help you lose a lot of weight.

This workout will be a circuit training program that will require you to work out for 30 seconds continuously and then rest for 30 seconds and keep doing that until you complete all the exercises.

Once you are done with all exercises, if you are a beginner and cannot continue you should just stop there. If you feel not so tired you can repeat the whole circuit again and again.

Rest time: 30 seconds

Sets: As much as you can

Training type: Circuit training

Difficulty level: beginners

Time: 10 minutes to 30 minutes depending on your sets

Now I will give you another home quarantine workout that will be great for people who are used to work out and would love to do something more challenging.

It will be a HIIT workout where you will do the same circuit training but this time the rest time is just 15 seconds and workout time is 45 seconds. The exercises will be harder to perform and it will rip your body off so get ready.

Exercises: 16

Rest time: 15 seconds

Sets: As much as you can

Training type: Circuit training

Difficulty level: Advanced

Time: 16 minutes to 50 minutes depending on your sets

Yoga is another type of home quarantine workout that you can try to stay fit and healthy. It will take more time but it will be worth it.

The reason that I’m saying yoga here is that it might not be everyone’s cup of tea but this is for sure one of the most effective workout routines ever. So if you have an hour or 2 to spare then for sure try yoga as well in your daily routine.
