Dax focuses on working, staying fit, and healthy and making constant music. He’s all about hard work and how to become better every day.
Now there were some things that people told me about his workout, which didn’t make much sense to me. As I have been a fan of Dax for over a year, and I haven’t seen him post any of the stuff they say. Now, about his routine, there is not much that we know about his workout routine, although I did find that Dax loves to work out in the gym with weight training and cardio.
Dax workout includes:-
Cardio
Dax loves doing cardio exercises before a workout, especially running on the treadmill. When you see a Dax video, you will realize how much stamina he has, and running helps with keeping building strength for him.
