Rebecca Ferguson Workout Routine

Rebecca Ferguson is undoubtedly fit and athletic. If you go to her Instagram, you will see how much of a great shape Rebecca Ferguson is in now. However, what are the secrets behind her toned body and abs? After researching for a while, I found a few things that explain how Rebecca Ferguson stays in good shape.

Rebecca Ferguson’s physique became a topic after she started doing the Mission Impossible movie series. As it’s an action movie series, she does have to stay athletic and look fit. In an interview with Vogue magazine, Rebecca Ferguson talks about how she was sent to the gym as soon as she arrived at the location of the shoot.

Rebecca Ferguson went straight to the gym from the airport, and for the next month and a half, she was training six hours a day for about five to six days a week. That’s an extreme training routine, six hours a day for five to six days will get you ripped and fit, but it will take every last bit of your energy.

Rebecca Ferguson workout includes:

Pilates

Rebecca Ferguson also mentions Pilates as it was the primary activity. Pilates helped Rebecca Ferguson get a stronger core and ensure that she stays safe. I recommend Pilates, as it helps your body get flexible while strengthening your muscles. Especially if you want a stronger core, Pilates is the way to go.

Weight Training & Cardio

For the rest of the year, Rebecca Ferguson works out, but she doesn’t take the workout to the extreme. So I suggest doing an hour of weight training workouts five days a week. Also, ensure to add 20-30 minutes of any cardio exercise you want to add. When Rebecca Ferguson was training for the shoots, she would do many explosive sprints to look faster when running in the movie. However, you can also do HIIT workouts to get that cardio workout.

Climbing

Rebecca Ferguson loves to try new things, as you can see in this post on her Instagram where Rebecca Ferguson was doing a climbing session. Climbing is a great way to work your whole body, especially the upper body. So you can also try going to a climbing gym two days a week.

That’s all for the Rebecca Ferguson workout routine.

Rebecca Ferguson Diet Plan

The diet is just as important as working out, and Rebecca Ferguson talks about it too. Rebecca Ferguson mentioned that she was eating a lot of good food during her Mission Impossible training. She also tells us how you won’t be able to last long in the gym if you ignore the diet. The body won’t keep up with the training without a proper diet.

Is Rebecca Ferguson Vegan?

No, Rebecca Ferguson is not a Vegan.

Rebecca Ferguson diet includes:

Mission Impossible Diet

The diet consists of eating lots of protein, good carbs, veggies, and salads. The rest days were more Salads and veggies to ensure the low-calorie diet. However, when Rebecca trained six hours a day, Rebecca Ferguson’s diet included lots of sweet potatoes, carbs, and protein.

What should you eat?

Rebecca Ferguson doesn’t follow that diet every month of the year. She does eat healthy foods, and I’ve seen her snack on some fruits. However, I highly doubt she would consume that amount of food offshoot. So, I suggest following the same principle as the ‘Mission Impossible’ diet but with low intensity. I recommend these foods for a healthy body.

Breakfast

  • Avocado toast with poached eggs/omelet
  • Whole grain bread toast

Snacks

  • Protein smoothies or fruits

Lunch & Dinner

  • Chicken breast/Turkey Breast/Salmon
  • Broccoli/Kale/Spinach/asparagus or stir-fried veggies
  • Sweet potato for some healthy carbs

That’s all for the Rebecca Ferguson diet plan.
