Roronoa Zoro Workout Routine

Zoro is one of the guys that has stayed with Luffy from the start and following a dream to be the best swordsman. All of that comes with constant training, and that’s what the series shows us; even though Zoro is just a swordsman, he got bulked like a real fighter that can beat you down even on hand-to-hand combat. That also has a reason as he needs to control dual swords with both his hands.

Zoro fights with dual swords, and his most famous skill is when he uses the three swords at once. So to use all of that to the full power, Zoro needs to train his full-body, and that’s why you see him training all the time in the series. Where Zoro usually does weight lifting, sword fighting, meditation, and more weight lifting. A lot goes within his training, like focus, concentration, patience, skills, and hard work.

Now the question remains how you can get body fitness like Zoro and become as strong as him? Well, to do that, we need to work out at least six days a week, focusing on weight training, cardio, and some combat training. Now this workout that I will give you won’t make your body precisely like Zoro’s, but it will surely make you stronger and almost as bulked as Zoro.

We will be doing around two hours of training every day; it won’t be easy, but you will feel incredible after a few weeks. Do remember that this workout gets mainly based on how you can achieve an appearance like Zoro. It won’t make you as powerful as Zoro, so don’t try fighting with everyone after this workout. So let’s get started:
