Rosalía is one of the best singers, and that’s why she is always on the move doing shows and many shoots. So her life contains doing lots of various activities that already make her body tired and burn many calories. After that, Rosalía also likes to work out and stay in a healthy state. So what are the exercises that Rosalia likes to do in her workout routine?

Well, I found this article from Women’s Health where they have stated one of Rosalía activities. The activity that Rosalía has kept public is her dancing; Rosalía does lots of Flamenco dance practice, and that’s what keeps her fit. It’s a great cardio routine and can help you burn many calories in less time.

Other than that, Rosalía’s workout is kept private by her; she doesn’t share it anywhere. However, I think it would be safe to think that Rosalía might also be doing a weight training routine where she trains four days to five days a week to keep her body tone. I’m not sure, but looking at her curves, it’s one of the possibilities.

So I will give you a routine containing two hours of workout five days a week, and you will get super fit. Even if it is not the original workout routine as Rosalía’s, it will still help you get a good body shape like Rosalía. So let’s get started:

Cardio

As we know, Rosalía does lots of cardio, but her cardio is dance class. So you can do an hour of dance class too, five days a week for best results. If you are not interested in dance class, you can also join other workout classes like aerobics, Zumba, Pilates, etc. It will give you similar results and keep your body lean and toned.

 

Circuit Routine

Now here we will do five days of full-body weight training that will help keep our body tone. I would recommend trying basic gym workouts and then, after a month, coming to this workout.

    This diet needs an update. Rosalia officially weighs 58 kg

    Now I’ve been watching some videos of her. My essentials, how is 1 day with her on tik tok, what’s in my bag, her morning routine.

    Rosalia does cardio in the gym I don’t know how long, maybe a respectable amount of time.
    She also plays sports, does a lot of stretching during the day and even some yoga poses. She is quite active.

    Based on this her diet consists of:

    Sometimes she takes supplements and juice in the morning

    Breakfast
    Spinach
    Scrambled eggs
    Tea/coffee

    Another version of her breakfast
    Sliced avocado
    Toast
    Turkey

    Snack
    Sachets of mayonnaise/ sachets of olive oil

    Lunch
    Salad
    Chicken with mayonnaise

    Snack
    Chewing gum

    I really have no idea what she eats for dinner, maybe salad. IMO She doesn’t seem to eat that much, nor does she eat 5 meals a day. She is quite slim and toned. She has some cheat meals because she travels a lot but otherwise she has a pretty healthy diet
