In one of her interviews, she had mentioned that she has a daily morning routine of going for a walk with her dog. She runs and jogs, and with this intense form of workout, she stays completely fit with her body toned and with the best levels of zest in her body.

Rosanna also has a home gym, and you can check the setup in this YouTube video. Looking into her home gym, you can surely guess that she has a perfect workout routine that includes different exercises like; cardio, strength training, and a lot of toning exercises.

These days, she takes Zumba classes, boxing, and cardio fitness classes, so she is not much regular at the gym. These exercises are good enough for her to stay active. Now, after seeing everything about her routine, let’s see a method that will suit you best.

Cardio

Even though in that video, Rosanna has stated that she hates doing the cardio exercises, she still does them every day. Rosanna has this television in front of the cardio, where she watches movies while doing cardio exercises to distract herself. So we will add the same tasks to our fitness routine. Rosanna has a bike and elliptical machine, which she uses for her cardio workout. So that’s what we are going to do, the cardio routine will look something like this:
