We are going to add some yoga in our routine; yoga will help you get a slim and toned body like Rowan. This routine will also make your body relaxed and flexible, and you will be able to feel a lot less pain in your body. Make sure you do it for about an hour, and you can burn 500 to 800 calories a session, and if you don’t want it? Then you always have that pole dancing as an option.

There’s not a lot that I found on her diet either; looking at her body; I would say it’s mostly a protein and low carbs diet; she may even be doing keto who knows. There are one post and some stories of her smoking weed; that can be an effect that you don’t want.
So we don’t know what the exact meal she eats in her diet plan. However, she is not a diet freak; Rowan often said that she doesn’t diet and likes to eat what she wants. So the things I might mention up there might get you an excellent start to get a body like her, but it’s not what Rowan would state that she does.
So I would suggest you eat a lot of organic foods, chicken, veggies, fruits, leave dairy, leave out carbs, no bread, eat a lot of whole-grains, almonds, etc. Also, if you drink a lot of water throughout the day, that will help you.
