Let me tell you that it’s not up to you, and I don’t know why they don’t like her now. These past few years, Rowan never talked much about her workout and diet in her Interviews, so there is not much there, On the other hand, when it comes to her social media accounts, there’s nothing informative there either.

Although I did find a video of pole dancing, and I’m not sure if it’s Rowan or someone else. Looks like her, so I’m guessing that Rowan does some pole dancing to stay fit. It’s possible, I mean, Cardi B did that for many years, and she was damn fine then as she is now. So it can be one thing, but if you don’t want to adopt that as your hobby and fitness routine, let’s do something else.

Training days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

We are going to add some yoga to our routine; yoga will help you get a slim and toned body like Rowan. This routine will also make your body relaxed and flexible, and you will be able to feel a lot less pain in your body. Make sure you do it for about an hour, and you can burn 500 to 800 calories a session, and if you don’t want it? Then you always have that pole dancing as an option.


Spin class

Training days: Tuesday and Thursday

Spin class is another excellent workout for your full body, especially the thighs and butts, It will help you burn a lot of calories, and as you will be working out in a group, I’m sure you will feel energetic. There are lots of gyms these days giving spin classes, so I suggest you try one yourself and feel the magic of that energy-filled room.

So we don’t know what the exact meal she eats in her diet plan. However, she is not a diet freak; Rowan often says that she doesn’t diet and likes to eat what she wants. So the things I might mention up there might get you an excellent start to get a body like her, but it’s not what Rowan would state that she does.

So I would suggest you eat a lot of organic foods, chicken, veggies, and fruits, leave out dairy, leave out carbs, no bread, and eat a lot of whole grains, almonds, etc. Also, if you drink a lot of water throughout the day, that will help you.
