Rowoon Workout Routine.
Rowoon is a singer who started as a group SF9; now, he primarily focuses on doing shows and other gigs. That is understandable as Rowoon has already gained quite a bit of fame and success in the Korean Drama industry and getting recognized worldwide more for his shows than being part of SF9.
Now coming to his workout routine and the activities he does to keep himself fit. Well, when Rowoon started as a K-pop artist, his routine was dancing for hours and doing a few minutes of basic exercises and stretching. That was what he used to do to keep himself in shape, and it was working well for him. However, as Rowoon entered the industry and started getting older, the routine got changed a little.
Now, Rowoon focuses more on doing workouts like weight training and stretching exercises. He’s not into dancing much now unless the group will call him to work on a music video or attend a live show. I found out the workout and information about his routine through a video by Allure Korea.
In that video, Rowoon trainer tells all about Rowoon exercising and showing his workout routine. Rowoon likes to work out for about 4 to 5 days a week, and when he’s on the shoot and can’t go to the gym, Rowoon exercises in his house for about 30 to 60 minutes to stay fit. So whether he’s in the gym or not, Rowoon will workout regularly.
So we will be doing that too, adding some workouts to the weight training one to two body parts a day, and working out 1 to 2 hours. Also, we will be doing stretching for about 20 minutes before starting any workout, so for that, I would recommend you watch a video on YouTube to get a full-body stretch.
