So I searched for some of his articles or videos where Rudy Mancuso may have stated his workout or routine. However, I could not find anything related to his workout. There are some videos like this one, where he workout with Amanda Cerny and does a HIIT full-body workout. Later on, I also went to find some things on his Instagram and looked through the past few years’ posts.

Things that Rudy Mancuso has posted a lot can be related to his workout. One of them is playing tennis, while Rudy Mancuso stays active and plays many sports. However, he plays tennis the most to stay fit and lean. After that, I also found some of his beach workout pics with other YouTubers. So what I think Rudy Mancuso does: is stay active playing sports and staying active throughout the day.

After that, he also goes to the gym or works out with weight at his home. So to get a body like Rudy Mancuso, we will need to stay active throughout the day and make sure we burn enough calories. We will be starting with a four days weight training routine where you will be doing a basic weight training routine. We will be training different body muscles each day, and then once you get done with the weight training routine, we will finish it with a quick core routine. After that, if you want, you can add a cardio workout, but if you stay throughout the day, then a simple warm-up will be enough.

On the rest of the days where we will not be working out, you can add an hour of tennis every morning. If tennis is not what you want to play, you can also do other sports like soccer, rugby, etc. Or you can go for a run, hike, trek, etc. The aim is to stay active and get a good cardio workout done.
