So I would not give you all a workout that she follows by herself, as it’s still not known.

However, I can still give you some workout and exercise to try to achieve a similar body shape like Safiya. The training will be straightforward and contain doing things like cardio, yoga, and a few activities. You will be working out four days a week, and for the rest three days, you will need to aim at your daily activities.

Training days: Monday to Thursday
In the cardio and yoga workout, you will be doing each exercise on alternative days. This routine will help you stick to your training and help you get lean and stay in shape. In the cardio method, you will be doing 30 minutes of running and 10 minutes of walking to get the best result. While in yoga workout, you will do an hour of yoga class. Cardio will help you lose weight during yoga, lose weight, and provide you with slender and flexible body shape.
Training days: Friday to Sunday
In your activity days, you will just need to do any activity and stay as active as possible.
