Sakura Haruno Workout Routine
Sakura is one of the essential characters in the series and has always stayed there in almost every episode. However, she is also one of the most useless people in the whole series and one of the most hated characters of all time. Sakura is quite powerful, and her brute strength is enough to kill an S-rank enemy or ninja. Still, someone in the whole Naruto series has never come to use 90% of the time.
Plus, her lousy behavior towards Naruto and lack of acknowledgment has gotten her nothing but hatred from fans. Still, in Boruto, it’s pretty different. Sakura is a little more dependable in that series, and you can see her doing something good. Well, enough about her background, overall, no matter how she has gotten displayed, we can’t change that Sakura is insanely powerful.
Sakura excels in healing abilities and also in close combat and hand combat. With her pure brute strength, it’s almost impossible to beat her for most people in close combat. Now, how do you train like Sakura? In the series, Sakura has trained similarly to Sasuke and Naruto, but in Naruto Shippuden, she became the student of Tsunade that taught her many abilities.
Now, it’s impossible to train like Sakura as it’s an anime character, but you can still get a little stronger and gain a body like Sakura. As she’s more like a professional athlete, we will be doing lots of stamina building, core training and also focus on proper weight training for the whole body to get your muscles toned. Sakura Haruno Workout Routine
Morning Routine
In the morning routine, we will be doing an hour of Pilates class. I know why Pilates? Well, it will help you stay fit and relaxed and help you get rid of all the stiffness in your body. Pilates also helps you get flexible and tone your muscle while making sure you burn calories and get that slim waistline and perfectly toned butt.
Evening Routine
In the evening routine, we will make it a little more complicated as we will start with a cardio warm-up by doing 10-20 minutes of running on the treadmill in interval training.
Then we will be doing full-body circuit weight training, and in the end, we will finish it with a cardio finisher of the boxing routine. So you can do 15-30 minutes of boxing routine as your cardio finisher; it will also help you get that natural strength like Sakura. So now, let’s see the circuit weight training routine.
